Technique upgrade on our mask making Machine

The fully automatic mask production line consists of one set main machine (mask forming machine) and two sets ear loop welding machines, connected by one transmission lines. It can realize the automatic production process of feeding, folding, pressing and forming, cutting, welding and discharging.

This production line adopts advanced high and new technology, professional engineers research and develop together, according to the customer needs to change part of the mold can achieve a variety of specifications of mask pieces, the machine can produce all kinds of non-woven masks, smooth cloth masks, gauze masks, activated carbon masks, double-nose line masks etc.

While, the following three problems always make trouble to the mask making machine operator:

1. Nose bridge misplace

2. Irregular folding and cutting

3. Ear loop misplace or unequal length

How to avoid the above three problems, we have made three upgrade on the machine

1, we adopt Ultrasound Welding on the both end side of the  Nose bridge to avoid misplace.

2,  we adopt advance Spectral locator to ensure the mask size

3, we adopt high precision sensing and positioning technology to ensure the welding position.
