Calcining by medium frequency furnace
After the activated carbon slag is cooled broke it, add the lead oxide and borax and mix evenly, Put the stirred activated carbon slag into medium frequency induction furnace for calcining.
After calcining for 1 hour, the activated carbon residue is dissolved into liquid and poured into the container. After cooling, the carbon residue is poured out. At this time, gold and lead have sunk to the bottom of the container and knocked out.
After cooling, the slag is glassy and broken into small pieces to be calcined with pure lead to extract as much gold as possible.
Blown Lead
Put the leaded gold into a container filled with cement, put coal balls or coke on it, blow it with a blower, then stop blowing and heat it above 1300 degrees Celsius naturally. Then the lead will be vaporized.
Purification
Put the lead blown gold into a gold melting furnace at a high temperature to melt the gold, and then continuously add Borax and other chemicals to remove the impurities in the gold.
