Working principle:

The basic part of induction furnace is the induction coil made of red copper tube. Alternating current voltage is applied at both ends of the induction coil to generate alternating electromagnetic field. The conductive material is placed in the induction coil. Eddy currents are generated in the material due to electromagnetic induction, and the electrical energy is transformed into heat energy to heat the material under the action of resistance.
